Had my IRS refund deposited into my wife's Accountnow account. Because I was not on the account, they closed the account without contacting my wife. This was on 1/29. On this same day copies of my return, DL, SSN & lease agreement were all faxed to them per their request. We have been calling for 3 days with promises that the issue would be resolved "today" each time we called. To this date they are still holding my refund. It took them 5 minutes to close the account, but takes them 4 days to reopen it? I want my money!!

I’m sorry to hear you had some issues with your Tax Return. When direct deposits do not match the name of the account holder, an account may be restricted to verify the deposit. Documentation is requested to protect the account holder and the tax payer whose funds were deposited onto the account.

Did you have any luck getting this fixed I am having the same problem they sent mine the 11th then posted from there to card on 12 th now its say in the refund was mailed on the 14 but didn't get any check now second check I was supposed to get was the 26 th an nothing what can I do I need this money so badly I am very upset I can't go the correct way from anger please help me if possible
